How do I reset my password?
Click the ‘Forgot password?’ link on the login page. Follow the instructions sent to your email.
Where can I download COAs?
COAs are available in the ‘Orders’ section for each completed batch. Contact Support if you need additional documentation.
How are invoices and payments handled?
All orders are invoiced via Zoho Books. Pay by ACH or check according to your account terms.
Who can access the wholesale portal?
Only verified, licensed California retailers with an approved account may log in and place orders.
